Built module by module, for how a tailoring group actually runs.
Three engines share one ledger: the shop floor, the fabric store, and the group office. Nothing is bolted on afterward.
Production tracking
Cutting, stitching and finishing stages timestamped per garment, with per-tailor throughput visible to the group office.
FIFO batch allocation
Fabric is drawn from the oldest roll first. When a branch runs short, the oldest roll anywhere in the group is brought in — and freight, duty and handling are added to each roll’s cost, so every order’s margin is worked out on what the cloth really cost.
Consolidated ledger
One VAT-compliant ledger for the whole group, with ZATCA Phase 2 (Fatoora) e-invoicing for Saudi Arabia built in — issued from the same set of books once your organisation has completed its own ZATCA onboarding.
EVERY GARMENT TYPE
Thobes and abayas by default, but the same order, measurement and production flow covers suits, uniforms, and casual wear — one platform per shop, not one per garment type.
